Cyris provides a platform for tracking investment portfolios, connecting to third-party brokerage accounts, and viewing automated trading signals. The Platform is designed for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading signals, market data, and analysis are provided for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks, options, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

5. User Accounts

• You are solely responsible for all trades made in your account
• System failures or delays may occur
• You can disable auto-trading at any time

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyris and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyris and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Cyris and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
